“I thought I had called this wonderful company, Overhead Door Company of Huntsville/North Alabama™, that I have dealt with for decades but Google Ad made me think I was on their site but I was actually on a site that isn’t even listed when you Google it. The man came and said he was here to install my garage door and I thought it was the Overhead Door Company™ but it wasn’t. He installed the motor for $950.00 and then told me I needed new rails for an additional $350. This was when I realized something was shady. I asked what company he was with and he wouldn’t say. I asked him to take it out and I would pay him for his labor. He became very agitated and was yelling but finally did remove it and leave. Overhead Door Company of Huntsville/North Alabama™ came today and installed a new system for about 1/3 of what he wanted. My installer was Billy. He was kind, courteous and very professional. I felt like the Calvary had arrived to save me. I highly recommend this wonderful company and their people. They really care and have provided me great service for decades. Just don’t fall for Google Ads and make sure you call Overhead Garage Door Company of Huntsville/North Alabama™.”

“I was having issues with my old garage door opener and called Overhead Door of Huntsville™. Travis was more than helpful with troublshooting the problem. My opener was very old and i overlooked a broken wire. Travis had given me a price on a new opener when we first talked but wanted me to try to troubleshoot it first. I am disabled and on a fixed income also on oxygen 24-7. My vision is net very well. I called Travis back this morning and he told me he could have a man with a new unit out today. Within 5 minutes of being here Billy had found a broken wire and had my old opener working. Billy gave me the option to just pay a service call or he would be glad to install the new unit. Travis had given me a good price on a new unit so i told Billy i wanted the new unit. Billy went right to work and i got him a gatorade when he started his work. Billy did an outstanding job. Never stopped once till he had everything installed and cleaned up. Billy went over how everything worked with me and made sure i understood how to operate all the new features on my new unit. I used their online service request form earlier this week, when it looked like my 16 yr old garage door opener was failing as well as needing some maintenance, and within 10 or 15 mins, 1 of their agents reached back out. An appointment was set within 2 days, and Billy came out yesterday afternoon. He showed me the issue and explained it, then within an hour had replaced my garage door opener, programmed all the remotes/keypads (even my vehicles’ Homelink mirrors!), added a garage door seal, inspected the existing rail system/rollers/mainspring, and hauled off my old opener.
