I called at 7:15 in the morning and the service tech was at my house at 10:00AM and replaced my spring for the door and 30 minutes later, the job was complete and I could get on with my day, 24 hours before going on vacation. Joseph was the service tech and he was very professional and friendly and gave me some hints to make my garage door spring last longer and to make my garage door quieter when opening and closing. “Overhead Door Company™ was really wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end. Travis was great working with me to schedule the initiation visit for a quote to the day of installation. Josh came out to quote the price and evaluate replacing the new garage door. My old door was the ancient kick out door. Josh was very knowledgeable about the process of installing a new door and was very helpfull in my selection of the new door.
Shawn and Jason installed the new door. They were very professional and it was nice to witness how they seemed to get along so well together as a team. Never did I hear a break in their work, but I could hear their occasion laughter coming from the garage.
The cleanup was great. They showed me how to operate everything to make sure that I was totally satisfied.
I could not have been any more satisfied with the company. I would totally recommend Overhead Door™ for your garage door needs.”

“I am very pleased with my experience with Overhead Door™! I called yesterday morning (and spoke with Travis), looking to see if a tech could come out sometime in the next week or so replace a broken garage door spring. He was extremely helpful and mentioned he could actually get someone out a little later that day (Perfect!!). Just a few hours later, Joseph gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way… He was in and out within an hour… Replaced the broken spring, checked the system over, and also went ahead and greased all hinges and rollers to make sure the door was operating in top-top shape. I’ll admit that the price for a spring replacement was a bit higher (maybe ~$100) than what I remember it being the last time I had to do this with a different company, BUT that was 5 years ago (different house) when everything cost less, and that didn’t include the 1-year warranty and above-and-beyond efforts made by the tech, Joseph. In short, I would highly recommend calling Overhead Door™ the next time you have a garage door maintenance / repair issue… Friendly, Fast, Professional, Courteous, and Thorough!!”
