He was extremely helpful and mentioned he could actually get someone out a little later that day (Perfect!!). Just a few hours later, Joseph gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way… He was in and out within an hour… Replaced the broken spring, checked the system over, and also went ahead and greased all hinges and rollers to make sure the door was operating in top-top shape. I’ll admit that the price for a spring replacement was a bit higher (maybe ~$100) than what I remember it being the last time I had to do this with a different company, BUT that was 5 years ago (different house) when everything cost less, and that didn’t include the 1-year warranty and above-and-beyond efforts made by the tech, Joseph. In short, I would highly recommend calling Overhead Door™ the next time you have a garage door maintenance / repair issue… Friendly, Fast, Professional, Courteous, and Thorough!!”

“My garage door was sagging in the middle and making a ton of noise so I called someone to come look at it. The first company told me that they could do some repairs but recommended replacing the door. I called Overhead for a second opinion and so glad that I did.
